Assorted vegetables in any form is good! Grated cheese perfectly melted, and then solidifies on top, forming a delicious cheese crust. Since vegetables baked, the food does not lose its value. Thus, we get a delicious, easy and healthy dish.
Vegetables baked with cheese recipe
- Cauliflower 150 g
- Broccoli 150 g
- Romanesco 150g
- 3 chicken eggs
- Grated cheese 100g
- Salt and spices to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- Chopped herbs (parsley, basil, dill)
Three kinds of cabbage, rinse under running water, cut the leaves. Then separate them into florets and add to the bowl.
Put the vegetables in a colander and immerse for 2 minutes in boiling water. Then remove and dip in a pot of cold water.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour vegetables into the prepared dish, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake it at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix grated cheese and eggs, stir until smooth. Egg-cheese filling is ready; you can still add the pinch of salt and spices.
Pour vegetables by cheese filling on top. In addition, you can sprinkle a little grated cheese. Bake it for 5 minutes at 180 °C.
