Ingredients
(for 2 servings)
- 1 carrot (peeled and grated)
- 1 apple (peeled, cored and grated)
- 1 red bell pepper (cored and sliced)
- 9 fluid ounce tomato juice
- pinch of curry powder
Method
Carrot, apple and bell pepper place into a blender bowl, add curry and pour the tomato juice. Blend until smooth.
Then serving, season with salt and garnish with chopped fresh herbs (if desired).
