Recipe for salmon soup with rice and potato – quick and easy recipe of flavored delicious soup for every day! It’s so yummy!
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 4 middle potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1 middle carrot (peeled and grated)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- water to cover
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- dill for garnish
Fry the onion and carrot in olive oil about 3-4 minutes.
In a pot of boiling water, place the salmon fillet, rice and potatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add the fried onion and carrot, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked rice and potatoes.
When serving garnish with dill.
