Kiwi smoothie recipe – recipe of healthy smoothie with kiwi, pineapple and spinach. If you’re on a vegetarian diet or have lactose intolerance, you can use almond milk for this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 kiwi (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup milk (almond milk)
- 1/2 cup ice
Method
Mix kiwi, spinach, pineapple and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until ice is completely integrated.
