Goat cheese and avocado salad recipe – easy recipe of healthy and tasty salad.
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
- 4 piece goat cheese
- 1 cup lettuce (rinsed, dried, and torn into bite-size pieces)
- 2 tablespoon peanuts (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juce
Method
Mix the olive oil and lemon juice.
Put on a plate lettuce leaves, sprinkle with a mixture of oil and lemon juice.
Put the slices of goat cheese and avocado, alternating.
Drizzle with a mixture of oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with peanuts.
