  • 1/2 pound cottage cheese (farmer cheese)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 4 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons flour


Place butter, vanilla extract and confectioners’ sugar into a mixer bowl, beat. Add cottage cheese and beat until smooth.

Into a cottage cheese mixture add the egg, mix. Add raisins and flour, mix thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 356 ° F (180 ° C).

Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling them about 1/2 full. Bake about 30 minutes.
