Chicken omelet recipe – recipe for tasty breakfast. Tender omelet with chicken fillet and olives. Perfect to start the day.
- 2 egg
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken fillet (cooked and shredded)
- 10 olives (pitted)
- 1 tablespoon basil (chopped)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
Whisk together eggs, milk and olive oil. Season with salt.
Grease the skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the eggs mixture and rotate the skillet that the mixture was spread over a circle.
Spread a layer of chicken fillet down the center of the omelet. Cook until the bottom is set and the top is soft set, and then flip omelet. Cook it about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the omelet to a plate. Sprinkle the chicken with basil and top with olives. As necessary, spoon the mayonnaise or another sauce.
Fold omelet in half and serve hot.
