Broccoli cream soup recipe – recipe of delicious and healthy dish for the whole family. Light and gentle creamy taste and a wonderful aroma – this soup is great!
- 6 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 ounces cauliflower florets
- 6 ounces chicken fillet
- 3 potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds (optional)
- salt to taste
Put the chicken fillet into the pot and pour water, add salt. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add vegetables and cook for 20 minutes.
Half of chicken fillet cut into pieces and place on a plate.
In a blender or food processor, puree vegetables, broth and remaining half of chicken fillet. Return the soup to pot. Add the half-and-half and heat without boiling.
When serving put pieces of chicken into the plate and garnish with flax seeds.
