Blueberry vanilla pie recipe for MultiCooker or oven. Easy recipe for tasty pie with fresh or frozen blueberry with vanilla sugar. No eggs!
- 8 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup blueberry (fresh or frozen)
- 8 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- sugar powder or ground cinnamon (optional)
Mix flour, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Sprinkle the berries with 1 tablespoon of flour and sugar mixture and mix gently.
Add into remaining flour and sugar mixture vegetable oil and baking powder, stir. Constantly stirring the dough, gradually add water. Add berries and stir.
Grease the MultiCooker bowl (or baking pan) with vegetable oil and spoon the dough into the bowl or baking pan.
Choose the BAKE and set a timer to 60 minutes.
For cook into the oven: bake the pie into preheated to 356° F (180° C) oven about 40-45 minutes.
After baking set aside the pie for 15-20 minutes and, after that, remove from the baking pan or bowl. Sprinkle with sugar powder or cinnamon.
