- 1/2 cup blueberry
- 1 banana (cliced)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
You can use fresh or frozen berries!
Place the banana slices and blueberries into the blender bowl. Add sugar and plain yogurt. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
