Apple and cinnamon smoothie recipe – recipe of wonderful, delightful and healthy smoothie with plain yogurt and apples for every day.
Ingredients
(for 2 servings)
- 3 middle apples (peeled, cored and chopped)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
Place apples, yogurt, and honey into the bowl of a blender. Add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Puree on high until smooth. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
