Tuna pie recipe – easy recipe for tasty pie with tuna and potato. You can use another canned fish like as sardines or salmon.
- 8 ounce kefir
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 egg
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna (drained, mashed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 potato (thinly sliced)
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup fresh dill (chopped)
- salt to taste
Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onion until golden. Add potato, season with salt and cook about 10 minutes. Add dill, stir.
Mix kefir, eggs, vegetable oil, salt and baking soda. Add flour and stir thoroughly.
Grease baking form with vegetable oil. Pour the half of the dough, lay out potato and top with tuna. Pour the remaining dough and spread evenly over the surface.
Preheat oven to 356° F (180° C) and bake until about 40-45 minutes.
