Dried fruit truffles recipe – recipe for tasty and healthy homemade candies with walnuts and dried fruits. Easy recipe! Gluten free.
- 1 cup dried fruits (prunes, apricots, raisins)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Place dried fruits in a bowl with a warm water. Set aside for 30 minutes. Drain.
Mix fruits and a half of walnuts, and blend it with a food processor or blender.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into a balls, putting the piece of walnut in the middle of each ball.
Roll each ball in coconut flakes.
