Chicken tarts recipe – recipe of delicious appetizer with low fat filling of chicken and vegetables in yogurt.
(for 12 tarts)
- 12 cooked tarts
- 1/2 pound chicken fillet
- 4 ounces fresh broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 cup low fat
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- spices to taste
- fresh herbs and cranberry for garnish
Boil the chicken in salted water about 30 minutes. Cut cooked fillet into small pieces, or chop with food processor.
Dip broccoli and bell pepper into a boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
Cut vegetables into small cubes.
Mix chicken, vegetables and yogurt and stir. Season with salt and spices.
Spoon filling into the tarts. Garnish with herbs and cranberries.
