Tartar sauce recipe with dill and gherkins. Quick and easy tasty sauce for meat and fish.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon gherkins (drained and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juce
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
In a bowl of food processor place garlic, dill and pickles, chop.
Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix until smooth.
To reduce the fat of the sauce, you can use fat free mayonnaise.
