Quince fruit salad recipe – recipe of very tasty and healthy salad that will appeal to both children and adults.
- 1 big quince (peeled, cored, and grated)
- 2 bananas (sliced)
- 1 big sweet carrot (peeled and grated)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon white sugar (or less to taste)
Blend the sour cream and sugar in a blender until smooth.
Mix the quince and carrot. At the dish put a layer of quince and carrot, pour the sauce. Cover with sliced banana and pour sauce. Repeat: a layer of quince with carrot, pour the sauce, a layer of bananas.
Serve immediately while bananas not darkened.
