Vegetarian pizza recipe for lovers of vegetables!
- 300 ml water;
- 150 ml oil (vegetable or melted butter);
- 1 tsp salt;
- 2 cups flour.
- 500 ml sour cream;
- 300 g shredded mozzarella;
- 100 g olives;
- 150 g bell peppers;
- 150 g tomatoes;
- bunch of fresh herbs.
To prepare the dough mix water, oil, salt, and flour. The dough should get soft and pliable.
On a greased baking sheet lay out a layer of dough and roll it over the entire area using a rolling pin. It is also necessary to make small ledges on the perimeter.
Coat the dough with sour cream.
Tomatoes cut into pieces or slices, lay evenly over the entire area of the dough. Olives cut into slices and put on the dough. Bell peppers cut into slices or strips and put it evenly on the dough sheet. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake into preheated oven to 200 degree about 20 minutes. 3 minutes before the end of baking decorate the pizza with fresh chopped herbs. Cut into pieces and serve.
