Baked potato and bacon recipe – recipe for tasty baked potato with bacon and cheese. Great recipe for baked in oven! Quick and easy recipe.
- 6 potato (peeled)
- 4 ounce bacon (diced)
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- salt and curry to taste
- 1 tablespoon dill (chopped)
Make cuts from each potato into 1/4 inch slices, leaving about 1/4 inch on the bottom to connect all of the slices.
Insert the bacon slice into the cuts of each potato (using a knife).
Place potatoes on a baking form, season with salt and curry.
Bake potatoes under the lid closed into preheated to 356° F (180° C) oven about 30 minutes.
Coat the potatoes with cheese, cook until the cheese has fully melted and after that remove the potatoes from the oven.
Mix the garlic, mayonnaise and dill. As necessary, use the gluten free mayonnaise.
Top the potatoes with mayonnaise sauce.
