Chocolate panna cotta recipe – recipe for popular dessert. Sweetened cream with dark chocolate thickened with gelatin and molded. So easy and very tasty!
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoon gelatin
- 90 g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 3 tablespoon sugar (more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- sponge cake for decorate
Pour the milk into a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over it and let stand until softened, about 10 minutes. Place the bowl in a larger bowl of hot water and stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
Bring to a boil the heavy cream with sugar. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Mix until smooth. Add vanilla extract as necessary. Then add milk with gelatin, mix well. Pour the mixture into forms and refrigerate about 4 hours (or more) before serving.
Unmold and decorate with small pieces of sponge cake.
