Easy beet appetizer recipe – boiled beets with garlic and mayo on toasts. Very easy, tasty and looks beautiful!
- 1 medium beet (boiled)
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- rye bread (sliced and toasted)
- salt to taste
Grate the beets, season with salt. Add minced garlic and mayo, mix thoroughly.
Top each toast with a 1-2 tablespoons of beets (depending on the size of the toasts).
