Pork chops recipe – delicious and simple pork recipe. Ideal with turnip greens, mashed potatoes or another vegetables.
(for 5 servings)
- 5 lean boneless pork chops
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- salt, ground black pepper, ground coriander to taste
- 1/2 cup oil for frying
Season the pork chops with salt and spices to taste.
Whisk the eggs in a deep bowl. Place the flour into another bowl. Coat each pork chop in flour, then egg, and finally in flour.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry pork chops until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes on each side).
