Easy napa cabbage salad recipe with carrots and boiled eggs. It is a yummy salad for every day. Napa cabbage is low in calories and high in Vitamin C and A. You can use low-fat mayonnaise to reduce calories.
(for 2 servings)
- 2 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 2 boiled eggs
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup fresh dill and parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Finely grate carrot and eggs. Napa cabbage grind with salt. Add grated eggs and carrot into a napa cabbage. Add garlic, fresh herbs and mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.
Garnish with parsley leaves (optional).
