The best beef and noodles recipe you’ll ever have. Easy, quick, and yummy!
- 1/2 pound beef top sirloin (thinly sliced)
- 9 ounces egg noodles
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces green beans (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup water or broth
- salt and spices to taste
In boiling salted water cook egg noodles, stirring occasionally, until almost cooked. Drain.
Cook and stir beef in the hot oil 7 minutes. Add onion and green beans, stir, and cook 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and water (broth), season with salt. Simmer 5 – 7 minutes.
Add the noodles and spices to beef, stir. Simmer 5 minutes under the lid closed.
When serving garnish with fresh herbs.
