Berries puff pastry recipe – easy recipe of delicious puffs with fresh or frozen berries. You can use fresh or frozen currants, blueberries, raspberries or other berries of your choice.
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed and rolled out into a 12 x 15 inch square)
- 1 cup dried berries
- 1/2 cup sugar
Cut rolled pastry into eighteen 3 inch squares. Place some berries in the center of each square. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar over the berries on each square. Fold pastry over filling to form a rectangle. Pinch edges firmly together to seal.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake puffs until puffed and golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
