Salmon ravioli recipe to prepare a delicious dish. These ravioli like the whole family! Hearty and very tasty!
For the pasta:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- some water (if necessary)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
- 7 ounces salmon fillet (poached and chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup basil (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
For the pasta, mix eggs, olive oil and flour. If necessary, add some water to make a thick non-stick dough. Set aside to rest the dough for 15 minutes.
Fry onion and salmon in olive oil about 3-5 minutes. Add the basil, season with salt and nutmeg, mix well.
Divide the pasta into two equal parts and roll each thinly. On one half of dough place portions of salmon fillets from a short distance from each other.
Brush the gaps between the fillings with water. Cover with second layer of dough and attach the dough in between stuffing, pushing it with fingers.
Cut the ravioli into rectangles. Press down the edges of each rectangle with a fork.
Boil the ravioli in salted water for 3 minutes after boiling.
