Salmon sandwiches recipe with avocado cream – quick recipe for delicious appetizer. Salted salmon fillets, tender cream with avocado and cottage cheese – these sandwiches are great!
- 7 ounces salted salmon or trout fillet (sliced)
- 1 avocado (peeled, pitted and diced)
- 7 ounces cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 baguette (sliced)
- salt to taste
- lemon slices, chopped parsley, cranberry (optional)
Blend avocado, cottage cheese and lemon juice together in a blender until smooth. Season with salt.
Baguette slices spread with cream. Top with one slice of salmon or trout fillet.
Garnish with lemon slice, parsley and cranberries (optional).
