Multi Cooker beef and potato recipe – recipe for a hearty and tasty dishes for lunch or dinner from simple ingredients.
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 carrots (chopped)
- 0,5 pound beef (thinly sliced)
- 8 potatoes (peeled and diced into 1-inch pieces)
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 0,5 cup parsley (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
Select “Fry” and preheat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into Multi Cooker bowl. Put the potatoes and fry to 10 minutes with the lid open, stirring occasionally. Close the lid and cook until potatoes are tender. Put the potatoes in the plate.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion and carrots 3 minutes. Add the beef and cook for 10 minutes with the lid open, stirring occasionally. Close the lid, and cook 20 minutes (or more until the meat are ready).
Add to the bowl of Multi Cooker fried potatoes, season with salt, add the parsley and garlic. Stir, close the lid and cook about 3-5 minutes.
