Omelet with sausage and vegetables – nutritious dish for breakfast. Exquisite taste this omelet is likely to appeal to the whole family.
- 4 eggs
- 0,5 cup milk
- 2,5 tablespoon flour
- 2 sausages, sliced and halved
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cubed or chopped
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/5 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- spices to taste
Beat together the eggs and milk about 2-3 minutes. Add the flour, salt, spices and baking soda and beat until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
Heat the oil in a pan. Cook the sausages and vegetables for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Pour the egg mixture, cover and continue cooking about 10-12 minutes on low heat.
After cooking, the omelet should cool down a bit under the lid closed.
When serving, sprinkle with cheese, or fresh herbs, or sesame, or caraway seeds.
